Ingredients
3 | cucumbers (sliced very thin) | |
1⁄2 | red onion (sliced very thin) | |
1 | green onion (sliced very thin (optional)) | |
3⁄4 | Cup | red wine vinegar |
1⁄2 | Cup | water |
3⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
Instructions
Heat water/vinegar/sugar until boiling, then cool for a bit and add to bowl with cucumbers and onions.
Stick in fridge to chill until ready to serve.
